- Alphabet: 'Generations' & 'Types' sections in alphabetical order.
- Time: 1st generation to 8th generation
- Category: Sorting by their type such as water, ground, electric, etc.
- Hierarchy: Their evolutionary stage such as basic, intermediate and final evolution.
